Blackbear Reserve is open to the public though it is deed restricted. Situated in an upscale, Golf Club Community it is replete with rolling hills and Waldon like ponds due east of the “Friendly Hometown” of Eustis, Florida. Paddleboard in the morning and visit the charming boutiques, gourmet dining spots, and the charming ambiance of the nearby Mt. Dora, and the historical village of Eustis home of City Paddleboards.
Black Bear Reserve’s amenities include a championship golf course, community fishing, and paddle boarding friendly lake (with dock) tennis/pickleball court and children’s playground with picnic tables.
